I always eat rye bread with any type of jam (loganberry!) or almond butter. YUM!

Fruits and mixed nuts are the easiest for me, sometimes a light bit of cheese to mix things up. Another favorite of mine is a pack of seaweed strips, so yummy and good for you, especially your skin.

I’ve found that most things that advertise themselves as healthy and low call aren’t always that great. I am super fond of rice cakes, it’s probably my go to food for any type of mood. I enjoy eating raw veggies and it’s usually the only way I’ll eat them. This is going to sound super gross but one of the most amazing things to snack on is vanilla almond milk with a really plain cereal.
