I’ve read that being gluten free is really good for you health wise but you lose a lot of weight in the process. I am currently on the verge of being underweight even though I constantly find myself eating. I really wanted to try going gluten free but I’m scared for my health.

There’s no reason to go gluten-free. It’s only good for your health if you have a gluten intolerance and there are WAY fewer actually gluten intolerant people than there are people who think they are. You’d know if you were truly gluten intolerant, so don’t worry about it. Just eat food and enjoy it – a healthy weight is good for you, don’t be underweight!
