What is the most amount of weight you’ve lost in 1 week. I have 4 weeks to attend an important event and I want to lose 10 pounds. Is that realistic?

Generally the most you should ever lose in one month is 10 pounds, average is anywhere from 5-8…so if you’re driven to really lose that 10, I’m sure you can! Just stick to your guns! You go girl!!!

Loosing more than ten pounds in one month is not safe. I’d say if you cut back on the goodies and increase your movement you should be good :)

you should lose at most 2 lbs a week if you want healthy weight loss. i found that if i rapidly lost weight from changing diet, it came back immediately too. exercise – it tones your body while keeping you at a healthy weight

if you cut out wheat products, dairy, sweets, and soda while maintaining a healthy exercise schedule, the pounds will just fall away.
